Safe Settings:
As an instructor it is important to create a safe and fun teaching environment for teaching gymnastics. What is easy for one student may be harder for another so you have to teach everyone at the same pace and make sure not to go on ahead just because most of the class knows how too do a certain technique. For example if a student is overweight or has learning difficulties that student will take longer than the rest of the students in the class, but this student may be able to perform other techniques better than other students. You must make sure everyone knows the technique before you move on to the next step. As an instructor you have to teach the lesson according to the appropriate age, gender and setting. You have to be able to give your student options so that he/she can perform better and progress in your class.
